Solskjaer doing a great job

Former Manchester United defender Rafael da Silva believes that new Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is doing a great job at the moment. He said that he has successfully motivated a team that was underperforming and has allowed them to get back into contention for a place in the Champions League.
